Our basic pricing is calculated on the number of managed IP connections in US dollars. “Stand-by” pricing includes “basic shaping” plus a $1 US per connection surcharge on an annual basis.

Note: annual pricing is the best value and locks in the price for the entire term.

The “Stand-by” capability allows you to sell unused bandwidth to customers that are willing to pay for it. Based upon client requirements, additional consulting, setup, and testing, some additional charges may apply.

For example, 200 managed IP connections would be charged as follows on an annual basis:

All charges must be pre-paid, in US dollars, before services can be turned on and only then is that price locked in for the term*.

Hosting — basic hosting typically starts at around $20 US on a monthly basis, is charged separately, and provides an exclusive instance for each client. Exact pricing is not known until you're ready to place your order as the number of managed IP connections required affects the configuration. The DBS is enterprise ready, highly modular, scalable, and thus can be configured to manage many thousands of Internet connections.

Annual — pricing is calculated on a per IP connection basis for subscriptions of twelve or more months. Good funds must be received prior to the beginning of each subscription cycle.

Quarterly — pricing is calculated on a per IP connection basis for subscriptions of three or more months. Good funds must be received prior to the beginning of each subscription cycle.

Monthly — pricing is calculated on per IP connection basis for a subscription of one month. Good funds must be received prior to the beginning of each subscription cycle.

Each subscription type is mutually exclusive and thus may not be mixed or matched. Quantities are automatically locked in at 90 days from the start of the subscription. New connections may be added after 90 days but will be charged at full price for the remainder of the subscription term. There are no refunds for reductions in quantities on any subscription.
